To me it is that state where feelings of gratitude, joy, and emotional balance navigate us back into peace. Lightness of being is not about ignoring difficulties but, rather, weaving moments full of joy and wonder into our everyday life.

The One-Question Challenge
Each week, write down one question you’ve always wanted to explore (big or small). Dedicate time to researching or reflecting on it when boredom strikes.
Gratitude Box
Write one thing that you are grateful for each day on a small piece of paper and place it in a box. Open it at the end of the month to reflect and bring a smile to your face.
Create a Vision Collage
Gather images, quotes and objects that resonate with your goals or dreams. Arrange them into a visual representation of your journey and place it somewhere you will see everyday.
Senses Reset
Engage your five senses:
- Sight: Notice the gentle shades of the colours around you.
- Sound: Listen for soft, distant sounds.
- Touch: Feel the textures within reach.
- Smell: Take in the subtle scents nearby.
- Taste: Savour a small bite or sip with intention.


Go for a 30 minute walk
- Gratitude Pause: Stop and think of one thing you’re grateful for in this moment.
- Foot Awareness: Focus on how your feet feel as they touch the ground; light, firm, or steady.
- Breath Check: Sync your breathing with your steps, inhaling for a few steps and exhaling for the same count.
- Shape Hunt: Notice patterns and shapes in nature; circles in tree rings, lines in leaves, or symmetry in flowers.
- Reflection Spot: Find a quiet spot to sit and reflect for a few moments, taking in your surroundings.
