How to Make the Perfect Herbal Tea
1️⃣ Choose 1–3 herbs based on what you feel like.
2️⃣ Add 1–2 tsp of dried herbs (or a handful of fresh) to a cup.
3️⃣ Pour over hot water (90–95°C) (not boiling for delicate herbs).
4️⃣ Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
5️⃣ Strain and enjoy. Add honey (my favourite) , lemon or spices if desired.
A little tip: For roots & tougher herbs, use a decoction method (simmer for 10–15 minutes instead of steeping).
